Adorned with colorful and perky costumes of fruits, vegetables, and other healthy food items, the children of Villa Paraiso Daycare Center received the RLI representatives with beaming smiles and balls of energy during their Nutrition Month Program last July 31, 2018. Parents, teachers, and representatives from Barangay Sun Valley also gathered together to watch the kids show their talents while in their well-crafted outfits.

The RLI team which was spearheaded by the HR Department, was composed of volunteers from different departments of the company. This year, RLI’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative for Nutrition Month included bags full of nutritionally dense foods and vitamins. The idea behind the contents of the

bags was to guide the parents in their grocery listing by ensuring that low-cost yet healthier options for their rapidly growing children are always available.

“I was so delighted when I saw the contents of the bag especially the vitamins! My kid just finished his bottle yesterday, and were supposed to buy another one on my  pay day”, gleefuly remarked by one  dad during the event.

Rudolf Lietz, Inc. is keen in pursuing more CSR projects in the future, especially with the success of the preceding missions around the community that the company belongs to.

Love and Laugh: The RLI 2018 Valentine’s Day Celebration

With a new set of fun activities and a hearty selection of lunch and treats, Rudolf Lietz, Inc. celebrated once again the Valentine’s season with all the members of its team at the Executive Parking Space of Lietz Industrial Complex (LIC) last February 14th, 2018.  The event was initiated with an informative opening message from RLI’s Assistant Operations Manager Ms. Karen Condecido, as she enlightened the team with the different kinds of love that a human person is capable of.

Instantly following the message was the hefty lunch choices for everyone to feast on, which were followed by a trivia game about the history, and other ironic and funny facts of the season of hearts. All questions were enthusiastically answered by the participants, which came with sweet prizes for all the winners.

A brief finds your heart game was conducted soon after, wherein everyone was instructed to check the bottom of their chairs if there are attached paper hearts with missing halves, and to find the bearer of the other half of similar pattern. All the lucky winners received prizes as well.

RLI CEO Mrs. Elizabeth S.P. Lietz then delivered her message about the essence of incorporating love on everything that we do, including on the matters of family, career, and personal happiness. On a lighter note, she also asked the spectators who they think are the people who have the most dates and as well as the richest folks during this season.

“Of course, it’s the deliverymen, as they have the most appointments of this day. And to those who are single, you can be considered as financially richer today, since you will get to save a few thousands from expensive dates and gifts.” teasingly remarked by the RLI CEO.

An unexpected surprise was announced by the RLI President Mr. Rudolf. J.H. Lietz before the event was concluded.

“You all look so excited today. There will be a bonus.” declared by the RLI President.

This was welcomed with gleeful shouts and thunderous claps from the team.

The Valentine’s Day Celebration 2018 was planned and prepared through the concerted efforts of members of the Human Resources, and by other volunteers from other departments. The crew behind the event promised to top off this year’s Valentine’s celebration on the coming years, with more activities and prizes to prepare for the RLI family.
